$30.00 per person if paid by January 15, 2007. $40.00 per person if paid after January 15, 2007. Entry Fee includes lunch on days of Florida Cup play.

Saturday night dinner will be at the Smiling Fish Café. The cost is $25.00 per person, which includes tip and tax. Cash bar (wine and beer)
Sunday night dinner will be at Bud and Alley’s in Seaside. The cost is $30.00 per person, which includes tip and tax. Cash bar.
Please include a check for dinner Saturday and/or Sunday night with entry form. Deadline for dinner reservations is January 26, 2007.
