One more Regional Tournament for the SE Region to Sign up for.
This is a Doubles Formed Format in Lakeworth, Florida on Sunday February 20th 2011.

3rd Annual Heart of Texas Open Tournament

The Annual HOT (Heart Of Texas) Tournament will be Sunday April 3rd at the French Legation in Austin Texas, 802 San Marcos Street Austin, TX. 78702  French Legation Museum, Austin TX

The Tournament is Open to Everyone.

It is a Doublette style tournament meaning teams of Two.


Registration fee is $15 each for members $20 each for non members.


Please have your team appoint a Captain, who is responsible for registration, payment and communication.


Tournament starts at 9:20 AM

Doors will open at 8AM

I went to the the 2nd Annual HOT Tournament last year and had a Great Time in the beautiful city of Austin. Arsene and the whole HOT Petanque Club received us like if we were part of the Club with open arms. They had teams from San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and Austin plus Miami and Philadelphia.
That means... I will be there again!

SE Melee and Formed Triples, Boca 2000

Boca 2000 will be Hosting the SE Regional Melee Triples Tournament on Saturday Feb 5th and the SE Formed Triples Tournament on Sunday Feb 6th 2011.

National Singles and Mixed Triples - RESULTS -

 

Boca 2000 Petanque Club hosted the National Women Singles and National Men Singles Tournaments on Saturday Jan 22nd 2011 on a dark and cold day for us Floridians and the National Mixed Triples on a much better clear and Sunny day reaching 70 degrees.

 We had Players from Portland, California, Canada, Maine and Philadelphia, from Florida Players from St Augustine, Jupiter, Sarasota, Lakeworth, Boca Raton and Miami.

National Women Singles:

National Mixed Triples:

In Memory of Tino Lofaro.

I met Tino twice in my travelings playing Petanque, once in Portland, Oregon for a National Triples and a second time at a WCQT Tournament in Sonoma , CA.




He was a Great Player with a wonderful Smile and sense of Humor and I noticed that He was loved/admired by everyone.



We Surely will miss Him.
